Accuracy screen

Visibility asks whether assistants recommend you. Accuracy asks a narrower and sometimes more urgent question: do they state your facts correctly?

You declare a fact. Silktide turns it into a question with an expected answer, asks every assistant you have enabled, and grades what comes back. See Accuracy for the concept.

What it shows

Three summary cards - Disagree, Mixed, and Agree - then a chart of accuracy over time: the share of facts every platform got right, mixed, or wrong at the end of each day or week. Switch the chart to counts when you want volume instead of share. Days or weeks with no checks, and the period still running, are left out rather than drawn as zero.

The list underneath shows each fact with its verdict, its consensus across assistants, and when it was last checked. It opens on what needs attention. A fact that has never been checked has no verdict yet and appears only under All.

Click a day on the chart to open that day's individual checks.

What you can do here

  • Add a fact one at a time.
  • Paste a passage - a press release, an About page, a fact sheet - and let Silktide pull the individual checkable claims out of it for you to review. This is the practical route when marketing has already written the truths.
  • Start with facts Silktide found for you. After your first measurement, Silktide adds up to five facts and checks them straight away: claims assistants disagree about come first, and when there are not enough of those, the most important claims they agree on fill the rest. They top up the same way after weekly measurement while the brand still has few facts. Edit or delete any you do not want to track.
  • Review suggested facts. Once you have facts, they live on the Suggested facts tab, out of the way of the facts you are tracking. Suggest fact checks looks again for claims assistants disagree about. Edit the wording, then accept a suggestion as a tracked fact, or dismiss it. Before you have any facts, suggestions stay on the screen itself.
  • Open a fact to see how each assistant answered. Each card is the verdict; Read the answer opens the full stored response, with the same highlights and sources as any other answer. The grade sits above the assistant's words on that page too.
  • Edit or delete a fact.

Every fact is checked as soon as it is created. You do not have to start anything.

What makes a good fact

Something checkable and consequential. Founding dates, certifications, regulated claims, product capabilities, service areas, warranty terms - things where a confidently wrong assistant costs you something.

Marketing language is not a fact. "We are the leading provider of X" cannot be graded, and filling the list with claims like it makes the screen useless.
