Visibility screen

Visibility is the AI visibility report for a : how often assistants mention you, how much of the conversation is yours, and how early you appear when they do.

It sits in the AI visibility group, next to Compare, Reputation, Gaps, Citations, and Responses. Those screens read the same answers through the same filters. Overview is the workspace home, not this report.

Everything on it is scoped by the filters on the screen: the date range, the assistants, language and place, and optionally a single topic or prompt. Narrow the scope and the whole screen re-reads for that slice. Language and place are independent, so you can read every English answer, or everything asked in one country. See Regions.

What it shows

  • Visibility - visibility over time, and every tracked brand ranked on that number.
  • Share of voice - share of voice over time, and the ranking beside it.
  • Position - how early the brand appears when it is named, with the same chart-and-table pair.
  • The heatmap - every tracked brand against every topic, unless you have narrowed to a single prompt.
  • What to do - the workspace's recommended tasks, when you are looking at the whole workspace rather than one topic.

When you narrow the scope to a single topic or prompt, a panel of the actual responses appears at the foot, so you are never more than one click from the words an assistant wrote.

What you can do here

  • Change what you are looking at with the date range, assistant, language, place, and subject filters.
  • Drill into a brand from a ranking row to open Responses filtered to that brand.
  • Look from a rival's chair with View this workspace as…, which redraws the single-brand figures for a competitor.

Reading it well

Compare yourself against the named competitors in the same workspace, not against an imaginary 100%. Real answer sets cluster low, and a 30% visibility is often the runaway leader in its arena.

Watch visibility and share of voice together: visibility rising while share of voice falls means the whole workspace is getting more coverage and your rivals are gaining faster than you.
