Described accurately and positively
Whether the measured answers, when they do talk about the brand, describe it accurately and favourably - or through errors, negativity, or a rival's framing.
Being in the answers only helps if the answers say the right thing. An assistant that describes the brand with outdated facts, inherited criticism, or a competitor's comparison language ("a cheaper alternative to X") is shaping every buyer who asks - and unlike a bad review, the brand never sees it happen without measuring.
When this is flagged
A brief flags this when the measured answers DO talk about the brand, but describe it inaccurately, negatively, or through rivals' framing.
How to fix it
Trace each bad description to its sources - assistants repeat what their cited sources say. Outdated or wrong facts usually come from stale pages (often the brand's own) that need updating; negative framing usually comes from third-party sources that deserve a response, correction, or counterweight. Publish the canonical description of what the brand is and does where assistants can read it, so there is always a better source to repeat.
