Credible expertise shown

For editorial and advisory content: whether the page shows credible human expertise behind what it says.

When several sources say roughly the same thing, AI assistants prefer the one with a verifiable expert behind it - a real author, stated credentials, first-hand experience markers ("in our testing…"). This mirrors the E-E-A-T signals search engines weigh, and it only applies where expertise is a fair expectation: articles, guides, advice. Product and navigational pages are not judged here.

When this is flagged

The report flags this when article-shaped content presents no credible human source: no author, no credentials, nothing indicating first-hand knowledge - just an organization asserting things.

How to fix it

Put a real person behind advisory content: a byline, a sentence of credentials, and first-hand framing where it's true. Author profiles that link to verifiable public presence multiply the effect.
