Sections match real questions
Whether the page's headings and sections map onto the questions people actually ask about this topic.
AI assistants are answering a question when they retrieve your page. Content organized around the questions people genuinely ask - what does this cost, how does it compare, how do I do X - gets found and quoted; content organized around internal structure ("Our approach", "Solutions") doesn't, even when the answers are in there somewhere. This is judged semantically, in the page's own language - it is not about ending headings with question marks.
When this is flagged
The report flags this when someone asking an AI the obvious questions this page should answer would not be led here: headings that describe rather than answer, or real answers hidden under unrelated headings.
How to fix it
Work out the three to five questions this page exists to answer, and make sure each has a section whose heading signals it and whose first lines answer it.
