User Experience
The User Experience module measures how well your website works for the people using it: how fast pages load, whether the site stays up, whether key journeys still complete, and the essentials every visitor depends on - working mobile layouts, sensible navigation, and pages that behave.
Reading the overview
- Overall score combines the weighted User Experience criteria and tracks them over time.
- Criterion cards summarise areas such as mobile, reliability, and site essentials.
- Speed and Uptime widgets surface loading performance and availability at a glance, linking to their full screens.
- Checks table lists performance, reliability, and presentation problems with priorities and responsibilities.
User Experience concerns overlap by design. An oversized image can affect speed and content operations; a broken form affects conversion and accessibility. Filters and responsibilities help each team find its part without hiding the wider impact.
Screens
- Pages - HTML pages filtered to User Experience findings.
- Speed - loading performance from lab tests and real visitors.
- Uptime - availability monitors, incidents, and response times.
- User flows - multi-step journeys tested on a schedule.
- Search ranking - keyword positions and changes over time, where enabled.
- Search ads - paid-search context for landing pages, where enabled.
AEO and SEO live in Presence
Answer engine optimisation and search optimisation are a product of their own. Presence measures whether AI assistants and search engines name your brand, and its on-demand page reports judge an individual page for AEO or SEO. Nothing in User Experience duplicates them.
Techniques that commonly feed this work live under Techniques - including Page speed and Core Web Vitals, Primary CTA clarity, Credible proof on conversion pages, and Internal linking for topical authority.
