Responsibilities screen

Responsibilities identify the kind of team expected to fix a finding, such as content editors, designers, or developers.

Create responsibilities that match how work is divided in your organization. Give each one a clear name and description, then use it when organizing criteria and checks. Teams can filter results by responsibility to focus on work they can act on.

Responsibilities are workflow labels. They do not grant product permissions and are not the same as Roles.

Keep the list short and stable. Overlapping responsibilities make reports harder to use and can leave teams uncertain about ownership.
