Metadata screen
Metadata adds structured, organization-specific fields to websites and sections. Account administrators define the fields here, then website users enter values in the website's Metadata settings.
A field can require text, a whole number, a decimal number, a URL, or a yes/no value. Depending on its configuration, it can also offer a fixed list of choices, allow another value, require an answer, or limit the accepted range.
Design fields for a clear reporting or ownership need. Use short labels, stable choices, and descriptions that tell people what to enter. Changing an established field can make previously entered values harder to interpret.
See Website metadata for entering values on a website.
