Integrations screen

Integrations connect Silktide with other systems. Available integrations depend on your account and product configuration.

Browse featured integrations or filter the catalogue by category and installation status. Search by product name when you already know what you want to connect. Slack and Microsoft Teams are both in the catalogue: once connected, you can send News, strategy and other account alerts to a channel.

Connect an integration

1. Open the integration card and review what it does.
2. Choose Connect.
3. Complete the provider's authorisation flow.
4. Return to Silktide and finish any required settings, such as a default destination.

The details screen shows whether the connection is active and any settings available for that provider. Review the requested access before authorising an external service.

Integrations are account-wide and generally require account administration permissions. More than one connection may be available where the provider supports it. Give each connection a clear purpose, disconnect connections that are no longer used, and follow your organisation's credentials and access-review policy.
