Account screen

Account settings define how the account is named and how people on it sign in. You need account administration permission to change them.

Details and language

• Name controls how the account appears in Silktide.
• Default language determines the initial language for new users, new Presence Please provide the full list of product terms to translate. I only see a usage note for “workspace”., and anywhere else a language has not been chosen.

Website testing defaults (schedule, website languages, and accessibility level) are in Website settings.

User experience and security

You can choose how long users remain signed in and whether welcome emails are sent to new users. Choose a session timeout that fits your security policy without making routine work unnecessarily difficult.

AI features

AI has its own screen. Provider consents, what the agent is allowed to do, and the record of every consent change are all on the AI screen.
