Answer stated up front
Whether the page states its point - the answer, the offer, the conclusion - near the top, in language an AI assistant could quote directly.
Answer engines favour pages they can lift a citation from. A concise, self-contained statement of the page's answer within the first paragraphs (roughly 40 60 quotable words) is the single strongest structural signal; a page that makes readers dig for the point makes AI assistants dig too, and they usually don't.
When this is flagged
The report flags this when the opening fails to say what the page answers or offers - a burying-the-lede introduction, a scene-setting preamble, or a page whose real substance only appears far down.
How to fix it
Open with the conclusion. Add a short summary at the top that would still make sense quoted on its own, then let the detail follow - the inverted pyramid journalists use.
