Collections
A collection is a named set of websites that you score together: a brand, a region, a department, or any other grouping that matters to your organisation. Collections appear in the Sites list beside your websites, with their own combined module scores.
Scores
A collection's module score is the average of its member websites' scores, for each of the four modules. History only moves forward: adding a website changes the average from that day on, never retroactively, so a trend line always reflects what the collection contained at the time.
Open a collection to see its combined scores and browse each module's checks across every member site.
Creating and editing
From the Sites list, choose Collections to create one or change its members. Name the collection and choose its websites; a website can belong to any number of collections. Managing collections requires collection admin permission.
What collections are for
- Reporting a level up. A university with forty sites can answer "how is the whole faculty doing?" without opening forty overviews.
- Ownership. Give a team a collection matching what they are responsible for, and its scores become their scoreboard.
- Comparison. Two collections with the same modules can be compared like-for-like.
