Engagement

Engagement reports show what visitors do after arriving.

Screens

• Clickmaps and scrollmaps visualise interaction and attention on a page.
• Frustration summarises behaviours that can indicate difficulty.
• Events shows the events your site sends, whether they are still firing, and from where.
• Funnels and goals measures progress through intended outcomes.

Behaviour signals require interpretation. Repeated clicks can indicate confusion, but they can also reflect a control designed for repeated use. A short visit can be a bounce, or it can mean the page answered the question immediately.
