Does Silktide work with Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Yes. Silktide supports Single Sign-On using SAML, with a Service Provider–initiated sign-in flow. The user's email address must be supplied as the NameID.

SSO is available on Premier (or higher) service levels. Set-up needs co-ordination between your IT team and Silktide - including whether to auto-provision users, which default roles to apply, and which email domains are allowed.
