Does Silktide work with Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Yes. Silktide supports Single Sign-On using SAML, with a Service Provider–initiated login flow. The user's email address must be supplied as the NameID.

SSO is available on Premier (or higher) service levels. Setup needs coordination between your IT team and Silktide - including whether to auto-provision users, which default roles to apply, and which email domains are allowed.
