How do I request the removal of my personal data?

If you are an individual who wants your personal data removed from Silktide, email privacy@silktide.com with the subject line Request for Personal Data Removal.

Include your full name and the email address associated with the account. Silktide may ask for further verification before deleting anything.

Account administrators who only need to remove a colleague's access can usually do that from Users without raising a privacy ticket.
