How do I request the removal of my personal data?

If you are an individual who wants personal data removed from Silktide, email privacy@silktide.com with subject line Request for Personal Data Removal.

Include your full name and the email address used on the account. Silktide may ask for further verification before deleting anything.

Account admins who only need to remove a colleague's access can usually do that from Users without a privacy ticket.
