How do I request the destruction of customer data?

Silktide normally destroys customer data after the contract ends (in accordance with Silktide's retention schedule). If you require early destruction, email privacy@silktide.com addressed to the Data Protection Officer.

Include:

• Registered company name
• Contract period / termination date
• Reason for requesting early destruction

Silktide will verify that you have authority to make the request before acting. Destruction is irreversible.
