How do I request the destruction of customer data?

Silktide normally destroys customer data after the contract ends (on Silktide's retention schedule). If you need early destruction, email privacy@silktide.com addressed to the Data Protection Officer.

Include:

• Legal company name
• Contract period / termination date
• Why you need early destruction

Silktide will verify authority before acting. Destruction is permanent.
