What does Silktide AI do with my data?

When you use Silktide AI features, Silktide may send relevant account, website, document, conversation, or attachment data to third-party AI providers so they can complete the work you asked for.

• Only the providers you enabled ever receive it, chosen by your administrators on the AI screen
• Only what is needed for that question or task is sent
• Access follows the signed-in user's normal Silktide permissions
• Customer data is not used to train the providers' models
• Administrators can leave every provider disabled, which stops AI features running at all

Practical advice

Do not paste secrets, credentials, or unnecessary personal data into prompts. The Agent can often fetch permitted product context through tools instead.

For AI spell check specifically, unrecognized words may be checked individually (not as whole pages of text) when that feature is enabled.
