Is customer data used to train AI models?

No. When Silktide sends data to an AI provider for features such as the Agent, Inspector explanations, or AI spell-check, that data is not used to train or improve that provider's models. This applies to every provider Silktide offers, so it is not affected by which ones your account enables.
