How accurate are Silktide results?

Silktide is highly effective at finding objective defects at scale: missing alt text, broken links, contrast failures it can measure, spelling against a language dictionary, and hundreds of other checks.

Limits to keep in mind:

• Assisted checks need human judgement by design
• Dynamic or personalised content may differ between your browser and the crawler
• Wrong language settings produce wrong spelling/grammar/readability
• Bot protection or geo-personalisation can skew what was tested
• AI explanations can err; verify important fixes

When something looks wrong, retest after fixing settings, use a proxy, or ask the Agent to help investigate.
