Does Silktide offer EU or US data hosting?

Yes. Silktide operates regional deployments (commonly described as EU and US). Each region has its own application stack so customer data can remain in the territory your contract requires.

A small shared "core" catalogue exists for platform operations; it is not used as a store of your day-to-day website results or personal customer records.

Ask your Silktide contact which region your account uses, or whether a move is possible, before you assume the location.
