Upcoming
Work we intend to do. We publish no dates - see how to read the roadmap.
Jira integration
Publish an accepted Silktide task into Jira as an issue, the way Linear works today: the finding becomes a ticket, assigned to the right person, without leaving Silktide or retyping the detail.
Decisions in the Silktide Toolbar
Approve or ignore a finding without leaving the website you are looking at. Decisions already apply everywhere the same check appears; this brings making them into the browser, so reviewing a page and acting on it become one job instead of two.
Website change tracking
See what changed on your own pages, and when. A clear view of what is new, what was edited, and what was removed lets you spot an unexpected change before it costs you a score - or explain a change you were not told about.
Self-serve user flows
Create, visualize, and manage user flows yourself. Today flows are easiest to set up with help from us. We are making the authoring experience clear enough that you can build and maintain a multi-step journey - a checkout, a form, a login - without asking.
Analytics funnel comparisons
Compare funnels side by side. You can already build several funnels and goals and compare one against an earlier period. Next is putting two journeys next to each other, so you can see which route converts and where each one loses people.
Heatmaps in the Silktide Toolbar
View maps of clicks, scrolling, and frustration while browsing your own site, rather than in a separate screen. Seeing how visitors behave on the page you are standing on is a much faster way to understand it.
