Inventory

The Inventory lists everything Silktide found on your website. Use it to understand exactly what we test and to find specific content quickly.

Content catalogs

• Pages - every tested HTML page (shared with module Pages screens).
• PDFs - every tested PDF (shared with module PDFs screens).
• Documents - non-PDF files discovered on the site.
• Runs - history and status of website tests.

Silktide also inventories what it detects on pages: cookies, phone numbers, emails, and forms. User flows - multi-step journeys such as sign-in or checkout - live in the User Experience area.

Coverage

Where Analytics is available, compare what visitors use with what Silktide has tested:

• Understanding inventory coverage - why inventory may differ from a CMS list.
• Unviewed pages - tested pages with no observed traffic.
• Untested pages - analytics URLs missing from the tested inventory.

Whether or not you have Analytics, Failed downloads shows the URLs Silktide could not fetch during the most recent test, and why.

Infrastructure and discovery

• Links - unique destinations, page occurrences, and linked hosts.
• Languages - resolved page language and URL-based assignments.
• Technologies - detected software and services.
• Search - find content across the website inventory.

Inventory describes what Silktide discovered during testing. It may differ from a CMS list when content is inaccessible to the crawler, excluded, newly published, or no longer linked.
