How do I change the interface language?

Open My settings and choose the interface language you want. That changes Silktide's UI for you; it does not change how website content languages are detected for spelling and readability.

On this site, use the language menu. It keeps you on the article you are reading. A page that does not have a translation yet stays in English. That choice is separate from the language in My settings.

Account admins can also set a default UI language for new users in Account settings.
