Transcript
A transcript is a text document containing everything said in a piece of audio or video, and often descriptions of meaningful sounds and visuals too. Unlike , a transcript is not synchronized with playback - it is read as ordinary text.
A full transcript lets people who cannot hear or see the media read the same content at their own pace, and makes the content searchable. For video, a transcript that also describes on-screen visual information can serve as an accessible alternative to a separate track.
