AI optimizer

An AI optimizer is ongoing AI work your plan includes, which you allocate to the part of Silktide you want it to work on. Your plan includes a number of them, and you choose where each one goes. Governance and Analytics each have their own.

In Governance, you give an AI optimizer to a website. That website then gets a strategy for each module every month, and the tasks written from it. Websites without one still get their checks, and AI features such as Ask AI, alt text and page reports still work on them.

You choose which websites have one in each website's settings. A website keeps its AI optimizer for 30 days after its last report, even if you take it away, so moving one between websites does not start a fresh set of reports each time.

In Analytics, you give an AI optimizer to an analytics view from its overview. That view then gets an AI insights report every week, and you can ask for a plan to improve any of its goals, and the goals of the views inside it. On an account with one website, All websites is that website's view.

Every Presence workspace has its own AI optimizer, so there is nothing to allocate there.
